Real businesses, real systems, real results.
A look at what we build and run for the businesses we serve. We keep client names private, and every number here comes from a live system, not a slide.
Honest numbers, from live systems.
Most case study pages start from the number the seller wants and work backward. Ours start from the system and work out. Here is the standard behind every result below.
- Every number comes straight from the live system or database, never a marketing deck.
- We protect our clients' privacy. Until a business asks to be named, we describe it by industry and let the results speak.
- Every figure is current and measured, not rounded up or dressed up.
- When a system is too new to show a business result, we say so plainly instead of inventing one.
Three systems for one agent: a website, a newsletter, and an AI concierge.
The situation. A solo residential real estate agent was renting her website for $180 a month. It was one line item in a stack of tools that did not talk to each other: the site in one place, her audience in another, and nothing answering a buyer at eleven at night.
What we built. Three things, in order. A custom website we build, host, and maintain. A newsletter engine on top of it, so her audience belongs to her, not to a platform. And a conversational home-buying assistant on the live site that guides each visitor, writes a qualified lead into her CRM, and files the full transcript with it.
What changed. She owns her website, her list, and her conversations. The site has run without a hitch since it launched, her newsletter goes to a list she controls, and she can see exactly how many people open it.
The results. Her August newsletter reached 495 people at a 41 percent open rate, well above the real estate average. The website has been live continuously since June 2026, and her AI concierge now answers buyers around the clock.
Her leads and conversations stay on her own site. We built it that way on purpose: the data is hers, and we only ever see the counts.
Why our real estate AI is different.
A chatbot on a real estate site can create a fair housing problem in seconds. We engineered ours so that cannot happen.
Fair housing, built in
Who a person is, their name, their neighborhood, their ZIP, can never change the answer they get or how their lead is scored. It is engineered out of the system, not left to chance.
Compliant by design
The system blocks a non-compliant response before a visitor ever sees it, rather than flagging it after the fact.
Tested, not assumed
Every release runs through an exhaustive automated test suite before it goes live, so the experience holds up under real traffic.
Always on
If one AI model is ever unavailable, it falls back to another automatically. A visitor always gets a helpful answer, never an error page.
A 24/7 SMS line that qualifies the lead and books the call.
The situation. The ask was simple to say and hard to run: answer every inbound text, tell a buyer from a seller, and get the real ones onto the agent's calendar, at any hour, without the agent picking up the phone.
What we built. A 24/7 SMS engine that answers instantly, qualifies the sender, and books the serious ones straight onto the calendar. It runs on infrastructure we operate and monitors its own health, so it does not quietly stop working.
What changed. Inbound texts get answered and qualified whether or not anyone is awake, and the qualified ones arrive on the calendar instead of in a backlog.
The results. Live and taking real traffic since July 2026. It has handled 69 real conversations from real people, day and night, and every qualified lead lands on the calendar.
We do not ship anything to a client until it runs our own business first.
Everything we sell lives inside our own companies before it ever reaches a customer. Urban Events Global, Kevin Knight's travel and events company founded in 2011, runs on the exact same stack we build for clients.
The situation. A fifteen year old travel and events business with a large audience across email, Instagram, and Facebook, and no single system holding it together. Contacts in one tool, social in another, ad accounts in a third.
What we built. One CRM as the record of the audience, one verified business identity on Meta, and the same hosting, DNS, email, and automation stack we run for clients. The point of running it on our own company is simple: when something breaks, it breaks on us first.
The results. The CRM holds more than 123,000 contacts, over 61,000 of them reachable by email. The Meta business is verified, and the company was named USA TODAY 10Best's Best Adventure Travel Company, with repeat national placements from 2020 through 2023.
The part nobody sells: making sure it is still running at 3 a.m.
The situation. The failure that actually hurts a small business is not a dramatic crash. It is a job that quietly stops, and nobody notices for days, until a customer does. Every system we build runs as scheduled work on infrastructure we operate, so that quiet failure is the one we design against.
What we built. Every automated job is monitored, so a failure raises a signal instead of going unnoticed. Every script is version-controlled, so nothing lives on a single machine. Backups are tested by actually restoring them, not by trusting that they exist. And a recovery check runs on the server itself, on a schedule, and reports the result.
What changed. We can answer "is it all running" with proof instead of a feeling, and we hold ourselves to a real number rather than a comfortable one.
The result. Your systems are monitored around the clock, backed up off-site every night, and proven recoverable on a regular schedule. If something goes wrong, we know before you do.
The rest of what we run, in short.
- Seven businesses pay us every month to run their technology, across real estate, hospitality, wellness, nonprofit housing, and franchise consulting.
- Websites we designed, built, host, and maintain for owner-led businesses in hospitality, events, and wellness.
- Six live business websites plus an analytics platform on our own managed infrastructure, backed up off-site every night.
- Hosting, DNS, email, CRM, and automation, all run by us on infrastructure we operate, not resold from separate vendors.
What you actually get.
Not a bigger number than the next company. A partner who builds your systems, runs them, and stands behind them.
One operator, accountable
You work directly with the person who builds and runs your systems. Not a sales rep, not a ticket queue, and not a vendor pointing at the vendor next to it.
Your privacy, protected
We never put your name or your numbers in our marketing without asking. Discretion is the default, and the results still speak for themselves.
Priced before we start
You get the full price up front. No hourly surprises, no scope creep, and no bill you did not see coming.
Built to be owned
The website, the list, and the data are yours. If you ever move on, you take them with you.
