Agreement
By using the Urban AI Labs website or the UrbanOS platform, you agree to these terms. If you are using them for a business, you agree on its behalf.
The service
We provide software and managed AI services described on this site and in your order or proposal. Specific deliverables, pricing, and timelines are set out in your agreement with us.
Your account
You are responsible for your login, for the accuracy of the information you provide, and for activity in your organization's workspace. Keep your credentials secure.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully. Do not attempt to breach security, access another organization's data, or use the platform to harm others.
Billing
Fees, subscriptions, and any financing are described in your agreement and handled through Stripe and, where applicable, Partial.ly. Details are provided before anything is charged.
Intellectual property
We retain ownership of our platform and software. You own your business data and the deliverables you have paid for, per your agreement.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.
Termination & law
Either party may end the service per the agreement. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
